Song-Tube Terms of service

Basic services:

• (a) In order to benefit from Song-Tube basic artist Services, you must create an account on the Site. As part of the registration process, you will provide a username, password, email address, and other required information and materials.
• You may also be able to register as a user of the Site with certain third-party social networking sites (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) (a “Third-Party Account”), and in connection therewith, you allow us to access, store, and use content or information relating to your Third-Party Account, and any content or information in your Third-Party Account used on the Site or with the Services shall be “Registration Information” here under. We may accept or reject your user registration in our sole discretion.
•  You are responsible for keeping your active. If a user does not upload any content in for six (6) months or more from the date of the agreement, the account may be considered invalid. Invalid accounts may be permanently removed without notice.

Basic services may or may not include the following depending on the quality of your content that is promotion of your content through our outlets our main and social media accounts such as our official facebook page, YouTube channel, twitter page, Instagram page and so on.

Content submitted by you:

By submitting Content to Song-Tube or in connection with any Service, you automatically grant the label a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty free, license throughout the universe, and in any manner and media now known or hereafter developed, to prepare, review, copy, reproduce, convert, host, distribute, transmit, stream through any of Song-Tube’s or affiliated media networks.

NOTE that:

You’ll forever be the rightful owner of content you submit to Song-Tube for purpose of promotion or distribution. We only have exclusive marketing rights for the time duration stated in the record deal you made with us.
